Puromycin aminonucleoside is used as a puromycin aminonucleoside useful in the study of human glomerular disease, and glomerular function and morphology. Used to probe endothelial glycosaminoglycan synthesis in cultured glomerular endothelial cells and their relation to cell permeability.
