O-(1H-Benzotriazol-1-yl)-N,N,N',N'-tetramethyluronium tetrafluoroborate is used as used for solid-phase peptide synthesis. It is also used to study ten different phosphonium and uronium salt-based coupling reagents, which are used to synthesize four peptides.

Applications

Solubility
Soluble in acetonitrile (100 mg/ml, clear, colorless), DMF (160.55 mg/ml, clear), and water (3 mg/ml at 20°C).

Notes
Incompatible with oxidizing agents. Store in cool place. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature is 2-8°C. Sensitive to light and moisture. Store under inert gas.
