Description

5-Fluoro-2'-deoxyuridine acts as an antiviral and antineoplastic agent. It is also employed for renal function diagnosis. Further, it is used as an experimental anticancer agent, which shows activity against a variety of malignant neoplasms. It is also used as an inhibitor of thymidylate synthetase and DNA synthesis. In addition to this, it plays an important role in the treatment of colorectal cancer.

Solubility
