The Thermo Scientific Nanocon Crossflow Concentrator is an advanced concentration device designed for the enrichment of nano-sized particles, including exosomes, lipid nanoparticles, and viruses. Utilizing cutting-edge tangential flow centrifugation technology with a pre-treated 30-nm membrane featuring tight pore distribution, this device achieves superior enrichment while minimizing sample loss. The concentrator's versatility allows for processing various biological fluids, such as urine and cell culture media, making it ideal for large sample volumes across a broad range of research applications.

  • Cutting-edge technology—leverage the latest advancements in tangential flow centrifugation to stay ahead in the competitive field of exosome research
  • High-quality enrichment—specifically designed to ensure reliable and reproducible results without compromising sample integrity
  • Optimized recovery—maximize yield with efficient separation processes that minimize sample loss and enhance recovery rates
  • Broad application range—ideal for various biological fluids, including urine and cell culture media, making it a versatile tool for enrichment from large sample volumes

The Nanocon Concentrator is engineered to handle a maximum internal sample volume of 40 mL, making it ideal for concentrating samples of 40 mL or greater, and are compatible with swinging-bucket rotors. The concentrator fits perfectly into inserts that accommodate 250-mL bottles. The recommended maximum centrifugal force is 2,000 x g, providing an ideal balance between efficient concentration and sample integrity.

Simply add sample to the device and spin. Enriched sample can be prepped using EasyPep MS sample prep kits and analyzed by mass spectrometry. If desired, additional isolation can be performed using Exosome isolation reagents (Cat. Nos. 10616D, 10614D, and 10606D) for downstream analysis by western blot, mass spectrometry, flow cytometry, or transmission electron microscopy.
