Highest antigen sequence indentity to the following orthologs: Mouse (92%), Rat (92%).
This recombinant protein control fragment may be used for blocking experiments with the corresponding antibody, PA5-145052. In IHC/ICC and WB experiments, we recommend a 100x molar excess of the protein fragment control based on the concentration and the molecular weight. Pre-incubate the antibody-protein control fragment mixture for 30 min at room temperature.
Corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH; 122560) is a 41-amino acid peptide synthesized in the hypothalamus, and play a role in the neuroregulation, responses to stress and immune challenge. Corticotropin Releasing Factor Receptor 2 (CRHR2) was the receptor of CRH. The sepression of CRHR2 has been reported in various regions of the brain as well as in placenta, umbilical vein, heart, epididymis, gastrointestinal tract, adrenal and skeletal muscle.
