The Thermo Scientific™ CQM (Coal Quality Manager) FLEX Elemental Coal Analyzer is an online solution n elemental analyzer for critical coal streams that generates accurate real-time data for coal quality management and process optimization in mines and power plants. Utilizing industry-leading Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis (PGNAA) technology it precisely measuring and reports critical parameters such as sulfur, moisture, total ash, calorific value, and ash elemental concentration. enabling coal consumers and producers to maximize the use of coal resources while minimizing pollution. The CQM FLEX is a second generation, easy to install analyzer that accepts feed from a sample system, controls sample flow, and reports a wide range of coal quality parameters.
