Descripción

4-Cyclohexylaniline is used as a starting material for the preparation of 1-cyclohexyl-4-nitroso-benzene. It is used as a reactant in nucleophilic acylation to form N-(4-cyclohexylphenyl)acetamide by reacting with acetyl halides. It is also involved in the synthesis of N-(4-cyclohexylphenyl)-2-morpholino-acetamide by reaction with 2-morpholinoacetyl fluoride. Further, it reacts with 4-bromo-4-oxo-butanoic acid to get 4-[(4-cyclohexylphenyl)amino]-4-oxo-butanoic acid.

Aplicaciones
La 4-ciclohexilanina se utiliza como material de partida para la preparación de 1-ciclohexil-4-nitroso-benceno y como reactante en la acilación nucleofílica para formar N-(4-ciclohexilfenil)acetamida, ya que reacciona con los haluros de acetil. También participa en la síntesis de la N-(4-ciclohexilfenilo)-2-morfolino-acetamida por reacción con el fluoruro 2-morfolinoacetílico. Además, reacciona con 4-bromo-4-oxo-ácido butanoico para obtener 4-[(4-ciclohexilfenil)amino]-4-oxo-ácido butanoico.
