The AccelerOme automated sample preparation platform features include:

  • Liquid Handling Robot with a capacity to process up to 36 label-free samples, 33 Thermo Scientific™ TMT11plex isobaric labeling reagent samples or 32 Thermo Scientific™ TMTpro™ 16plex label reagent samples per session
  • Processes sample types consisting of cells, biofluids, tissues, and purified proteins
  • Capable of processing sample amounts ranging from 10 to 100 μg
  • Performs in-line SPE clean-up
  • Measures the final peptide concentration per sample using an in-line spectrophotometer


Operational ease of use:

  • Onscreen graphical wizard to guide users through experimental setup and operation
  • Experiment designer software provides estimates of statistical power for planned experiments
  • Method set-up page to create study/sample name, factor, well location in-plate format and injection volume that can be exported in an acquisition queue to Orbitrap mass spectrometers
