Beschreibung

4?-Bromo-2,2,2-trifluoroacetophenone may be used in the preparation of carbonyl-bridged bithiazole derivatives. Also used as a reagent to synthesize MK-5046, a selective Bombesin receptor subtype-3 agonist used to treat obesity.

Anwendungen
4′-Brom-2,2,2-trifluoroacetophenon kann zur Herstellung von kohlensäurehaltigen Bithiazol-Derivaten verwendet werden. Wird auch als Reagenz zur Synthese von MK-5046 verwendet, einem selektiven Bombesin-Rezeptor-Subtyp-3-Agonisten zur Behandlung von Adipositas.
