The Gibco CTS Xenon SingleShot Electroporation Chamber is for use with the Xenon Electroporation for cell therapy research. This single-use electroporation chamber is made of Tritan™ MX711 co-polyester with gold-plated electrodes and sterilized by gamma irradiation. This chamber can process 2 × 10⁷ to 1 × 10⁸ T cells in a 1-mL sample volume and is offered in a pack of six individually packaged chambers.

Promising electroporation conditions that have been optimized in the Neon Transfection System can be scaled to the Xenon Electroporation System without sacrificing performance.
