Thermo Scientific Bsh1236I (BstUI) restriction enzyme recognizes CG^CG sites and cuts best at 37°C in R buffer (isoschizomers: AccII, BspFNI, BstFNI, BstUI, MvnI). Note: Also available as a FastDigest enzyme for rapid DNA digestion.
