Description

It is used to tune the electrical characteristics in networked carbon nanotube field-effect transistors.1 Also used as a monolayer on copper surfaces to retard surface oxidation during exposure to the environment which can then be desorbed effectively with an annealing step in inert N2 to provide a clean Cu surface.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. The original Alfa Aesar product / item code or SKU reference has not changed as a part of the brand transition to Thermo Scientific Chemicals.
