Streptavidin Acrylamide

Streptavidin acrylamide can be co-polymerized with acrylamide on polymeric surfaces to create a uniform monolayer of the immobilized streptavidin. The streptavidin can then bind and isolate biotinylated-ligands, including probes, enzymes, antibodies and drugs.
