2'-Fluoro-U CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside uridine (U) with 2'-Fluoro protection, for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. Located in the ideal oligo position, the highly electronegative fluorine (2'-Fluoro) modification adopts a more thermodynamically stable A-form helix on hybridization to its target. Showing improved affinity and some nuclease resistance (compared to 2'-OH), the 2'-F modification has been proven useful in antisense, siRNA, and aptamer applications. The TheraPure trademark denotes our highest level of phosphoramidite purity, developed with the greatest stringency of high definition analytics and tightly controlled impurity profiles and, therefore, ideal for any therapeutic application. This product is supplied in a 30-mL amber bottle with a 28-400 finish neck style, which is compatible with most MerMade synthesizers.
