Description

It is an antifibrinolytic agent that is found to inhibit plasmin-induced fibrinolysis. Used in various hemorrhagic diseases , abnormal bleeding in operations. It is also used as a lysine analogue to characterize binding sites in plasminogen.

Applications
Il s’agit d’un agent antifibrinolytique qui inhibe la fibrinolyse induite par la plasmine. Utilisé dans diverses maladies hémorragiques, en cas de saignements anormaux lors d’interventions chirurgicales. Elle s’utilise également comme analogue de la lysine afin de caractériser les sites de liaison dans le plasminogène.

Solubilité
Soluble dans l’eau (167 mg/ml), éthanol (<1mg/mL at 25°C). Very slightly soluble in ether, DMSO (<1mg/mL at 25°C), and alcohol.

Remarques
Conserver à l’abri des oxydants. Gardez le récipient bien fermé et placez-le dans un endroit frais, sec et bien ventilé.
