Dionex™ Guardcap™ AEX Vial Caps

Remove high levels of anions, neutralize acidic samples, and filter particulates with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ Guardcap™ AEX vial caps. Designed for use with Thermo Scientific Dionex AS-DV autosampler PolyVials, Dionex Guardcap AEX vial caps contain strong anion-exchange resin in the borate form embedded in a high density polyethylene matrix. Dionex Guardcap AEX vial caps seamlessly bring the power of automated inline sample preparation to your existing sample workflow without the need for additional labor, time, and complexity.

Each Guardcap AEX vial cap:

• Saves time and effort vs. traditional offline sample preparation cartridges.
• Removes up to 800 mg/L anions (e.g., sulfate) from 250 μL of sample.
• Neutralizes up to 250 μL of 30 mM MSA, HCl, or other monovalent acid.
• Filters better than 80% of particulate matter greater than 20 μm in diameter.
