Vanquish™ Column Compartments

Control your separation temperature with confidence using Thermo Scientific™ Vanquish™ Column Compartments. The unique combination of active and/or passive eluent pre-heating and two column thermostatting modes—still and forced air—available in Vanquish Column Compartments H and C, ensures reliable matching of the eluent and column temperature for superior UHPLC performance and allows for easy LC method transfer. Vanquish Column Compartment N supports advanced low-flow applications as well as capillary and micro-flow direct injection applications in the Thermo Scientific™ Vanquish™ Neo UHPLC system.

• Wide column temperature ranges with cooling down to 5 °C (max. 18 K below ambient)
• Still-air thermostatting for minimum thermal mismatch by viscous heating for best possible efficiencies and resolution under UHPLC conditions
• Forced-air thermostatting for fast thermal equilibration and highest flexibility, e.g., for method transfer from other instruments
• Active eluent preheating and post-column cooling (Vanquish Column Compartment H only) for optimum separation control
