Invitrogen Oligo(dT)16 Primer is a homo-oligomeric deoxyribonucleotide poly(dT) that is non-phosphorylated and chemically synthesized. It is used for priming and reverse transcription of polyadenylated poly(A)+ mRNA.
Five nmoles of Oligo (dT)16 Primer is supplied in 100 μL of 10 mM TE, pH 7.0, at a concentration of 50 μM.
