Remove high levels of alkaline earth and transition metals from sample matrices and neutralize highly alkaline samples such as sodium hydroxide or sodium carbonate. Carbonate can then be removed by sparging the sample. The Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ OnGuard™ II H Cartridge is an off-line sample preparation technique that eliminates these matrix interferences to improve ion chromatography (IC) performance and facilitate low-level ion analysis. Use them singly or in series, or pretreat up to 12 samples in parallel using the optional Thermo Scientific Dionex OnGuard Sample Prep Station.
