Human Total RNA is provided at a convenient reverse-transcription–ready concentration for all RT-PCR reactions. TaqMan® Control Total RNA is from Raji cells (Burkitt's lymphoma), and is conveniently packaged in a PCR-ready concentration for use as a control template in RT-PCR reactions. The Human total RNA is provided at a concentration of 50 ng/μl.
