This plate is used for MUSTANG PURPLE® spectral calibration of your Applied Biosystems® 7500, ViiA™ 7, QuantStudio™ 6, QuantStudio™ 7, or QuantStudio™ 12K Flex real-time PCR system with a 96-well block. The dye formulations will help improve multiplexing results by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra that are part of your real-time PCR experiments.
