Have Questions? Automate sample dilution and perform autocalibration to enhance laboratory productivity with the Elemental Scientific™ (ESI) prepFAST system. This automated sample preparation system combines the DX autosampler, high-throughput FAST technology and a high-precision syringe module to provide automated inline dilution of standards and samples. It saves valuable operator time with autocalibration of the instrument and provides autodilution of overrange and high-matrix samples, all without requiring operator intervention.

These powerful systems are controlled by the fully integrated software plugin within the Thermo Scientific™ Qtegra™ Intelligent Scientific Data Solution™ (ISDS) Software.

- Autocalibration—Inline preparation of ICP and ICP-MS calibration standards to improve laboratory efficiency and linearity of calibrations
- Autodilution—Automated inline dilution of any sample to improve precision and accuracy, reduce vial and reagent usage and accelerate sample throughput and washout
- Overrange Dilution—Automated dilution and reanalysis of samples containing analyte concentrations above the calibration range or samples that cause internal standard recoveries to fall outside the acceptable range
