Applications
Calciferol is a strong inhibitory effect against bladder tumor promotion by sodium saccharin and induces cell differentiation in leukemia cells. Calciferol also been shown to be an inhibitor of DNA polymerase.

Solubility
Soluble in ethanol, water, methanol, dimethylformamide, and dimethyl sulfoxide.

Notes
Store away from strong oxidizing agents. Keep container tightly closed. Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed containers.
