RNA Polymerases

RNA polymerases are enzymes that can produce different types of RNA and may use DNA as a template to synthesize RNA in a process called transcription. These products include cloned RNA polymerase, yeast poly(A) polymerase, and poly(A) tail-length assay kits.

Thermo Scientific™ Bacteriophage T7 RNA polymerase is DNA-dependent RNA polymerase with strict specificity its respective double-stranded promoter.
This cloned high-purity Ambion T7 RNA Polymerase has a high specificity for its promoter. The enzyme will transcribe large amounts of RNA from DNA sequences downstream of the promoter and show no cross talk between promoters. One tube containing 30,000 U at a concentration of 200 U/μL is provided.
Thermo Scientific TheraPure in vitro transcription (IVT) enzymes are designed for advanced research and early development of mRNA therapeutics and vaccines. These products offer full workflow solutions from template preparation to RNA synthesis and are recommended for process research and...
Newly reconfigured kit for increased efficiency: 76455 1 KT Poly(A) Tail-Length Assay Kit is a direct replacement for 76450 1 KT • Measure the poly(A) tail of multiple RNAs in under 3 hrs using common lab equipment • Accurate measurement of poly(A) tail length compared to other assays (e.g.
SP6 RNA Polymerase (20 U/μL) Thermo Scientific™
Thermo Scientific™ Bacteriophage SP6 RNA polymerase is DNA-dependent RNA polymerase with strict specificity for their respective double-stranded promoters.
T7 RNA Polymerase Invitrogen™
T7 RNA Polymerase is a DNA-dependent RNA polymerase that has a high specificity for bacteriophage T7 promoter sequences. The enzyme synthesizes large quantities of RNA from DNA inserted into a transcription vector downstream from a T7 promoter. A T7 RNA Polymerase technical bulletin is available.
Ambion™ Poly(A) Polymerase catalyzes the addition of adenosine to the 3' end of RNA in a sequence-independent fashion. The enzyme can be used to append radiolabeled ATP to the 3' end of RNA molecules to generate labeled RNAs.
Poly(A) Polymerase, Yeast Thermo Scientific™
Poly(A) Polymerase catalyses the addition of adenosine residues onto the 3' ends of RNA. It can be used to add poly(A) tails to RNA in the first step of cloning. The reaction requires Mn2+ or Mg2+, ATP as substrate, and any RNA containing 3' hydroxyl termini as primer.
Poly(A) Polymerase (5 U/μL) Thermo Scientific™
Thermo Scientific enzymes for in vitro transcription are designed for efficient and reliable RNA synthesis. These enzymes cover the entire synthesis workflow from template preparation to post-transcriptional modifications, ensuring optimal performance and high yields of synthesized RNA.
This high-purity Ambion™ enzyme is a mix of cloned RNA polymerase and RNase inhibitor. It has a high specificity for its promoter, transcribing large amounts of RNA with no cross talk between promoters. It is supplied in one tube containing 30,000 U at a concentration of 200 U/ μL.
Thermo Scientific™ Fermentas Bacteriophage T3 RNA polymerase is DNA-dependent RNA polymerase with strict specificity for their respective double-stranded promoters.
