Alexa Fluor 488 protein G conjugate exhibits bright, green fluorescence (absorption/emission ∼495/519 nm). Protein G is a bacterial protein similar to protein A but with superior selectivity for mouse and human IgG.
Purified and conjugated forms of Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Recombinant Protein G enable probing and detection of mouse and human antibodies, especially IgG isotypes, in Western blotting, ELISA, IHC and other immunoassay protocols.
Purified and conjugated forms of Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Recombinant Protein A/G enable probing and detection of antibodies, especially IgG isotypes, from many different species hosts in Western blotting, ELISA, IHC and other immunoassay protocols.
Our Alexa Fluor 488 protein A conjugate binds to the Fc portion of various immunoglobulins from several different species. This exceptionally bright, green-fluorescent probe (absorption/emission maxima ∼495/519 nm) can be used to visualize antibodies in a manner analogous to a labeled...
Our Alexa Fluor™ 647 protein A conjugate binds to the Fc portion of various immunoglobulins from several different species. This exceptionally bright, far red-fluorescent probe (absorption/emission maxima ∼650/668 nm) can be used to visualize antibodies in a manner analogous to a labeled...
Purified and conjugated forms of Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Recombinant Protein A enable probing and detection of rabbit and human antibodies, especially IgG isotypes, in Western blotting, ELISA, IHC and other immunoassay protocols.
The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) conjugate of protein G can be used to detect the Fc portion of various classes and subclasses of immunoglobulins from a variety of species. Protein G is a bacterial protein similar to protein A but with superior selectivity for mouse and human IgG.
Protein A (from Staphylococcus aureus, Cowan I strain) is conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and is purified by molecular sieving to remove the unbound FITC and unconjugated Protein A. The product is in 10 mM phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.
Recombinant protein G is produced in a strain of E. coli which contains the gene for protein G from Streptococcus sp. This protein G is conjugated with highly purified horseradish peroxidase (RZ > 3.0) and is in enyme conjugate stabilizer containing 0.19% Kathon CG/ICP.
CaptureSelect Biotin Anti-FIX Conjugate consists of a 13 kDa recombinant single domain antibody fragment (VHH affinity ligand) with high affinity and selectivity for both recombinant and plasma derived human Factor IX (FIX).
Purified and conjugated forms of Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Recombinant Protein A/G enable probing and detection of antibodies, especially IgG isotypes, from many different species hosts in Western blotting, ELISA, IHC and other immunoassay protocols.
Purified and conjugated forms of Thermo Scientific™ Pierce Recombinant Protein A enable probing and detection of rabbit and human antibodies, especially IgG isotypes, in Western blotting, ELISA, IHC and other immunoassay protocols.
Protein A-HRP Invitrogen™
Protein A from Staphylococcus aureus, Cowan I Strain conjugated with highly purified horseradish peroxidase (RZ > 3.0). The product is liquid containing 10 mM phosphate, 0.15 M NaCl buffer, pH 7.4, 1% ovalbumin, 40% glycerol, and 0.19% Kathon CG/ICP.
CaptureSelect™ Biotin Anti-LC-kappa (Hu) Conjugate consists of a 13 kDa recombinant single domain antibody fragment (VHH affinity ligand) that specifically binds to the constant domain of human kappa light chains.
Recombinant protein G is produced in a strain of E. coli which contains the gene for protein G from Streptococcus sp. It is supplied as a salt-free lyophilized powder. Recombinant protein G binds to the Fc region of many types of immunoglobulin G including: • all four subclasses of human IgG • mouse...
