Hot Start PCR Reagents and Kits

Hot start PCR reduces non-specific DNA amplification that occurs at room or colder temperatures by preventing key reagents from reacting until optimal temperatures are reached. These products include kits, master mixes, polymerase, and buffers, that require thermal activation and can be used to increase product yield, specificity, and sensitivity.
