Depthwise Volume Fraction

This module computes the volume fraction per separated region depending on depth from the surface of a segmented object.
This can be used for trend analysis between samples in the case of depth-wise structure is important to evaluate such as tablet of medicine or pesticide.

Outputs:

A table object stores computed volume fraction per separated regions, distance map, and labels representing separated regions.
