Export Spatial Graph to MS Excel CSV Document

An Amira-Avizo recipe to export to a CSV document which can be used in MS Excel for further analysis.

Recipe which can export Spatial Graphs as results from the Auto Skeleton module etc. to a CSV document which is compatible with MS Excel.
