Visualization Templates

This Xtra contains a set of four visualization templates that create a quick and efficient overview and understanding of your data. 

• Three Ortho Slices connects to any scalar field and automatically creates three Ortho Slices, one in each main axis direction. Mapping type, colormap, options, frame, transparency and embossing ports are automatically connected so that any change to one of them on a particular slice is reflected on all other slices.

• Volume Rendering Slice connects to any scalar field and automatically creates a Volume Rendering of the data as well as a Slice which can be oriented through a rotator dragger. You can use this Slice to clip the volume visualization by activating its clipping option.

• Volume Rendering ROI connects to any scalar field and automatically creates a Volume Rendering of the data as well as an ROI dragger which allows you to select a sub-volume from the full data.
  

• Volume Rendering ROI Extract connects to any scalar field and automatically creates a Volume Rendering of the data as well as a ROI dragger which allows you to select a sub-volume from the full data. The template also creates an Extract Subvolume to create a second data object that represents the sub-volume.
