The upgrade includes installation of the Windows® 7 upgrade software (by a field service engineer when applicable), and is available for 7000, 7300, 7500, 7500 Fast, 7900, QuantStudio 6, QuantStudio 7, QuantStudio 12K Flex, StepOne, StepOnePlus and ViiA7 Real-Time PCR systems.

Installation must be done by a Thermo Fisher Scientific field service representative when applicable.
Customers using ExpressionSuite™ or CopyCaller® Software may have to purchase new versions of software that are compatible with the Windows® 7 operating system. Additional zone charges associated with installation may apply.
