Join us for the 2023 XPS Workshop to discover the latest insights in the field of surface and interface analysis. This event provides an opportunity for scientists, engineers, and students working in the field of materials science to gain insight into the fundamentals of the XPS technique, current applications, and new research areas.
There will be presentations from leading international scientists and experts from industry and academia on a range of topics, along with opportunities to learn from Thermo Fisher specialists on how to get the best from our instruments and software.
Topics will include:
- New research into technologically significant materials (e.g. battery electrodes, catalysts, polymers, and nanomaterials) using XPS
- Correlative analysis using XPS and SEM
- New advances in XPS instrumentation
- Thermo Scientific Avantage Software training
We will also host a welcome dinner on June 21 at the Romantik Hotel Walk’sches Haus. Spaces are limited so register today!
