Differential phase contrast on magnetic materials

The differential phase contrast (DPC) mode in Velox Software enables high-contrast imaging of magnetic materials. This mode also makes it possible to directly image complex materials used in data storage and electronic devices and identify a variety of features, including domain wall type, tail-to-tail and head-to-head Bloch lines, wall thickness, and defects.

Live TEM image rotation
