PCR-SSP designed to broaden typing coverage and reduce ambiguities
One Lambda’s portfolio of Micro SSP typing trays provide complete HLA Class I and Class II DNA typing. Using Generic Trays, technologists can either assign HLA Class I or Class II alleles individually or simultaneously. If more detailed typing is needed, the High-Resolution Allele Specific Trays will help eliminate redundancies.
One Lambda's Generic trays are available to assign either HLA Class I or Class II alleles, or Class I and Class II alleles simultaneously. These basic molecular trays use a 96-well format (unless otherwise stated) with pre-aliquoted and dispensed primers and an internal control in each well.
Our Micro SSP Allele Specific HLA Class I and Class II Trays are designed for fast and accurate HLA Class I and Class II sub-typing. These trays can be used alone or in combination with One Lambda’s Micro SSP Generic and High Resolution HLA Typing Trays.
The Micro SSP High Resolution Trays offer more detailed subtyping information for Class II alleles (DPA1/DPB1, DQA1 and DRB1,3, 4, 5). They allow for focused testing eliminating ambiguities, and confirm questionable results.
These primer sets use SSP technology and allow customers to configure their own typing tests and to use only the primers they need to type for B27 alleles.
