2'-Fluoro-Bz-A CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside adenosine (A) with 2'-Fluoro protection, for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. Located in the ideal oligo position, the highly electronegative fluorine (2'-Fluoro) modification adopts a more thermodynamically stable A-form helix on hybridization to its target. Showing improved affinity and some nuclease resistance (compared to 2'-OH), the 2'-F modification has been proven useful in antisense, siRNA, and aptamer applications. This product is supplied in a 30-mL amber bottle with a 20-400 finish neck style, which is compatible with most Expedite synthesizers.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
