CaptureSelect AAVX Ligand Leakage ELISA Kit is a ready-to-use kit specifically designed to detect possible leached ligand present in adeno-associated viruses (AAV) purified using POROS CaptureSelect AAVX Affinity Resin. Although the ligand is covalently coupled, it is possible for the ligand to leach and co-elute with the purified AAV. This fully assembled kit consists of a pre-coated anti-AAVX ligand strip plate, buffers, and optimal reaction solutions, enabling a robust ELISA assay to measure potential ligand leakage.

Key features:

  • Reduced assay operating time, due to the pre-coating and pre-blocking of the strip plate
  • Quick and easy-to-set-up assay procedure
  • Sensitive and accurate quantitation of possible leached ligand greater than or equal to 1 ng/mL

The CaptureSelect AAVX Ligand Leakage ELISA Kit can be used as a tool to aid in optimal purification process development and routine quality control of in-process streams as well as final product. The kit is manufactured in an ISO-certified manufacturing site and is ISO 9001-certified.
