Stealth RNAi siRNAs uses their proprietary chemical modifications for restricting off-target effects and their effective algorithm for providing efficient knockdown. They are recommended for completing in vitro RNAi studies that were started using Stealth siRNAs. For new studies, we recommend Ambion Silencer Select siRNAs.
