How to Register and Merge Images

This tutorial explains how to use the Register Images module to perform an automatic registration of two images. The Merge module is then used to merge the reference dataset and the aligned dataset into one single dataset.

This tutorial is the second part of a two part series. In the first part, the Transform Editor is used to roughly pre-align the two datasets, as an initial step before the automatic alignment is performed by the Register Images module.
