How to Use Deep Learning Models in Amira-Avizo2D Analyzer
Examples showing how to use AI (deep learning models) in an Analyzer recipe (hxisp).
These examples show how to use the AI denoiser deep learning model and how to use the membrane segmentation deep learning model in an Amira-Avizo2D Analyzer recipe with a deep learning prediction step.
Double-click on the .a2d files to open the examples in Amira-Avizo2D. The application opens in the Image Recipe Designer workroom. The data is loaded and the recipe is opened. In the Recipe panel, select the Deep Learning Prediction step and observe how the model is set in the Properties panel.
