MMM cell plasma membrane staining using CellMask™ Green Plasma Membrane Stain

MMM cells were loaded with 1X CellMask™ Green Plasma Membrane Stain in Live Cell Imaging Solution for 20 minutes at room temperature. Cells were then washed with Live Cell Imaging Solution and imaged every 10 minutes after dye loading/wash steps for 90 minutes. Image acquired at 200X magnification using a confocal microscope.
