Midi, wider format, gels support higher sample throughput needs by allowing the separation of up to 26 samples per gel, saving time and reagents and helping improve experimental reproducibility.
High loading capacity meets high sample throughput
WedgeWell format Midi protein gels feature wedge-shaped wells that double the sample loading capacity. WedgeWell format Midi gel welcome packs include a SureLock Tandem Tank and offer:

Mini gel welcome pack options
Four gel chemistries for tailored protein separations.
Bis-Tris and Tris-glycine are excellent for broad molecular weight range separation, and both feature a long shelf-life. The neutral pH of the Bis-Tris and the Bis-Tris Plus gel chemistries helps preserve protein integrity and offer fast run times.
The Invitrogen Novex Tris-Glycine Gels offer maximum protein separation and crisp, straight bands. NuPAGE Tris-Acetate Gels are recommended for the separation of high molecular weight proteins up to 500 kDa. Novex Tricine Gels are designed for the separation of low molecular weight proteins and peptides.
