Fluoromount-G封入剤は、免疫蛍光染色後のスライドのマウントで使用するために設計された透明な液体封入剤です。利便性のために、青色核対比染色剤であるDAPI含有タイプと不含タイプがあります。水溶性で、染色の最終ステップが水性であるスライドの取り付けに使用されます。スライドを2～8℃で長期間保管するために、半永久的に密封します。Fluoromount-G Mounting Mediumは蛍光を発しません。また、蛍光顕微鏡観察中の蛍光色素のクエンチおよび光退色の量を減らすことができます。この封入剤は、アジ化ナトリウムを含む1Xストック溶液としてご提供します。Fluoromount-G封入剤の屈折率は約1.4であることが報告されており、試料の厚さが10 μm未満の場合に最適です。
