Dionex™ MonoStandard™ 6 種混合
Dionex MonoStandard 6 種混合糖鎖標準液は、参照用グレードの単糖類で調製されています。使用前にバイアルの内容物を希釈すると、各単糖類が 0.1 mM (100 pmol/µL) の溶液を作成します。
Dionex MonoStandard 6 種混合の各バイアルは次の物質を含みます。
- 100 nmol フコース
- 100 nmol ガラクトサミン塩酸塩
- 100 nmol グルコサミン塩酸塩
- 100 nmol ガラクトース
- 100 nmol グルコース
- 100 nmol マンノース
Dionex オリゴ標準液
Dionex オリゴ標準液は、ウシフェチュインから精製されています。使用前に、アプリケーションに合わせてバイアルの内容物を既知量の水 (例: 250 mL) で溶解します。
Dionex Oligo 標準液の各バイアルは次のオリゴ糖を含みます。
- 25 nmol シアリル化フェチュイン N 結合アルジトール
