2'-MOE-A CEP is a phosphoramidite containing 5' DMT and the nucleoside adenosine (A) with 2'-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE) protection, for use in oligonucleotide synthesis. Located in the ideal oligo position, 2'-O-methoxy-ethyl (MOE) modifications display nuclease resistance, fewer off-target effects, and slightly increased hybridization affinities. These phosphoramidites are commonly used for oligos designed for antisense, siRNA, aptamer, or gRNA-based research. The TheraPure trademark denotes our highest level of phosphoramidite purity, developed with the greatest stringency of high definition analytics and tightly controlled impurity profiles and, therefore, ideal for any therapeutic application. This product is supplied in a 20-mL amber bottle with a serum vial neck style, which is compatible with most Applied Biosystems synthesizers and AKTA synthesizers.
