800 μl tube of BigDye™ Terminator v1.1 Ready Reaction Mix, 1 tube M13 (-21) Primer, 1 tube pGEM Control DNA, 1 ml tube of 5X Sequencing Buffer. Store kit at -15°C to -25°C. The BigDye sequencing buffer can be stored at 4°C.
