Applications
An intermediate in the synthesis of Perindopril. The completely diastereoselective α-alkylation of oxazolidinone provides a very convenient and concise route to enantiopure α-tetrasubstituted derivatives of this Oic stereoisomer.

Solubility
Soluble in methanol and water.
