Thermo Scientific™ Phenom™ Quartz PCI/CFR Software, available on all Phenom Desktop SEMs including the Thermo Scientific Phenom Pro, ProX, XL G2, and Pharos Desktop SEMs, helps you meet the requirements of 21 CFR Part 11.
