Poly-HRP-Streptavidin besteht aus Streptavidin-Protein, das mit einer polymerisierten Form des Enzyms Meerrettich-Peroxidase (HRP) kovalent konjugiert ist. Streptavidin bindet an Biotin und das konjugierte HRP-Polymer stellt ein hohes Niveau an Aktivität für die Erkennung mit einem geeigneten Substratsystem bereit. Dieses Poly-HRP-Streptavidin-Produkt wurde hauptsächlich in Sandwich-ELISA-Anwendungen verwendet, um das Signal von typischen (nicht-Poly-) Streptavidin-HRP-Konjugaten zu verbessern.

• Formulierung: Konjugat in PBS mit destilliertem Glycerin, BSA und einem Konservierungsmittel.
• Anwendung: ELISA: Verwendung mit Biotin-markierten Nachweisantikörpern. Empfohlener Verdünnungsbereich: 1:2.000 bis 1:20.000. Die optimale Verdünnung muss für jede spezifische Anwendung empirisch ermittelt werden. Verdünnungen unmittelbar vor der Anwendung zubereiten.

We do not recommend storing Poly-HRP Streptavidin at -80 degrees C, as the product can freeze solid at temperatures below -25 degrees C even if it has 50% glycerol as a stabilizer, thereby necessitating thawing of the product. With multiple freeze-thaws, the enzyme conjugates are rendered unstable.
