このアクセサリは、金属、ガラス、シリコン基板のコーティングや、フィルム厚および反射特性を測定するのに便利です。付属しているアライメントミラーは、ベースライン測定にも使用できます。
サンプルの水平マウントが簡単

- サンプル表面に当たる光路のサイズを制限するアパーチャを選択できるため、再現性の高いサンプリングが可能
- 一度のアライメントで恒久的に使用可能、アクセサリを挿入するたびに調整する必要はありません
偏光子またはフィルターと 15° ～ 60° アクセサリの併用
- 小角度または固定角のアクセサリを偏光子、偏光解消板またはフィルターホルダーと併用することで、テストミラーの前後の光線を変更できます
- Evolution 200/300 固体サンプルスライドホルダーは、さまざまなスライドホルダーに対応しており、固定角の正反射アクセサリの前または後に光学素子を挿入できます
