IgE依存性アレルギー疾患の鑑別と除外をサポート
イムノキャップ ファディアトープ（アトピー鑑別試験）は、バランスの取れた一般的な吸入性アレルゲンに対するIgE抗体を測定し、環境中のアレルゲンに対するIgE依存性アレルギー疾患の鑑別に役立ちます1-5。
これらの検査は、以下により臨床医をサポートします。
- IgE依存性アレルギー疾患と他のアレルギー様症状と区別します2-4。
- 粗抽出アレルゲンに対する特異的IgE検査が必要な患者さんの特定を支援します2-4。
あらゆる患者さんに利用できるイムノキャップ ファディアトープ
採血が不要で簡便なスキンプリックテスト（SPT）に対し、血液によるイムノキャップ特異的IgE検査には、以下の利点があります。
- 患者さんの年齢、症状、疾患、皮膚状態、薬物療法の有無に関係なく検査できます。
- 運動、妊娠などに関係なく、さらには乳児期早期にも実施できます9-13。
- アナフィラキシーのリスクはありません9, 13。
ファディアトープで陽性となった場合、症状誘発アレルゲンおよび、その程度を確認するために、適切なイムノキャップ特異的IgEによる再検査を推奨します。
