ImmunoCAP™ Phadiatop™ 檢測在測量常見吸入性過敏原均勻混合物的 IgE 抗體，能幫助納入和排除異位性過敏的可能性，異位性過敏為一種對環境中蛋白質產生 IgE 誘發型反應之趨勢。ImmunoCAP Phadiatop Infant 針對小於 5 歲之孩童進行了優化，包括對該年齡族群來說相當重要的食物過敏原。1-5

ImmunoCAP Phadiatop 檢測可執行於任何病患
ImmunoCAP Phadiatop 檢測可在極少的限制下執行。不同於傳統的皮膚點刺測試 (SPT)，ImmunoCAP 血液檢測：
- 其執行不受限於病患的年齡、皮膚狀況、用藥、症狀、疾病
- 活動性、懷孕、甚至是早期嬰幼兒。9-13
- 不會有過敏性休克之風險。9,13
- 不會受到外源性生物素營養補充品之干擾。14
幫助辨識出誘發症狀的過敏原和定量數值，建議以適當的 ImmunoCAP Specific IgE 全過敏原重新檢測樣本。
